The dodge durango, in my opinion, has one of the coolest fronts around. Being the dodge front, which symbolises brute power in my opinion. But dodge doesn't seem to have understood this since they changed the fron for the newer dodge durango.

A trip in the mountains resulted in these, a new camera is being used, so the quality might not be the greatest, but they turned out alright imo. The trip started of in very bad weather, but which later on gave some pretty cool effects, when we were in the middle of the rain cloud.

The mountains are also there for doing some downhill also :p, which was the reason why we were there in the first place...

I'm not the biggest Durango fan but I love the scenery in your pics. Where is the location?

I was behind the camera, and its my brother on the bike.

The photos were taken in the mountains just above La Turbie and Monaco. We are probably 1500something above sealevel, so its not fog but acctually inside a cloud. Its on the back of a the mountain in the last part where there is larger trees and bushes.

I understand why you are not a big fan of the dodge, must be as fascinating for you as a volvo is for me :hihi:
I think the status of the durango is very different in the us compared to europe.
Sure, now the car is old, but when we got it we had one of the first around, and the only one we saw before was parked outside The VIP in St Tropez (for comparison, most cars parked outside that nighlclub is either ferrari, porsche or lambo).
And still more ppl turn their head to look at the durango than at a porsche cayenne since they are atleast twice or three times as common.

But I know that the durango is a cheap and very common car in the US, and I guess that a durango for an american is like a renault for a french, not so interesting ;)

Hills of Monaco, nice.

Actually, I'm not into the Durango only so much as I'm not into any SUV (the new Toureg, I mean, ahem... Audi Q7 included!). So its nothing personal with the Durango. Its a much better bang for the buck than all the Fu Fu SUVs that seem to keep popping up.

Now a Toyota Land Cruiser or Land Rover (any except the horrible Freelander) strikes me as the last of a dying breed.
