Prince Charles has arranged to lease up to four new cars from Audi.

But a St James's Palace spokeswoman said she was only aware of one car being bought to replace the Prince's Vauxhall Omega.

She said: "Vauxhall have decided to stop making Omegas so he has had to pick another car and has chosen Audi.".

Nice choice, with those 19" wheels the A8 looks really great!

He bought an A8 and a few allroads...

"Among the first to arrive were matching "his and hers" £33,000 four-wheel-drive Audi Allroad Quattro estates for himself and Camilla. He has also bought an £50,000 A8 saloon to be chauffeured about in."

"Audi have also supplied two smaller A4s to be used by staff. We have had a good relationship with the Prince for over a decade."

" This is just great for Audi - Prince Charles is probably our most important customer. This deal is worth its weight in gold to us. Any car firm would kill for it."

"Charles has an armour-plated Bentley, provided and paid for by the police, as an official car and a couple of Aston Martins, one of which was bought for him by the Queen as a 21st birthday present - all of which he will keep. His sons William and Harry also drive German-made VW Golfs."

Yes probably! And a good choice, just reed a test between the A8 4.2, bmw 745i, Lexus LS 430, Mercedes S500 4matic, !Range rover vouge!, VW Phaeton w12. And NOT suprisingly ;) the A8 was the winner :byeM5:
