These things sound insaneeeeee for the R8. Wonder if anyone ever tried to have them make one for us.....says on site they do custom projects.

Anything can be had for a price....isn't the R8 NA, I only mention that because I had a milltek on my V10 S8 NA, it was wicked sounding, so I bought it for the RS6, and I was let down, the turbos muffle the bark, the only exhaust that sounds wicked for our beast IMO is eisenmann.

Our turbos do muffle the cylinder pulse from each cylinder. Instead of 8 to 10 individual cylinder explosions coming thru the exhaust we have a balanced fireball coming out the turbine blades. Pat was telling me Eisenman makes the AMG exhaust and they must because even the stock exhaust on my AMG sounds great. Eisenman makes some crazy upgrades for the AMG and BMW M5 folks. Listen to them on youtube because they sound like F1 cars with the upgraded Eisenman. But again, these are roots supercharged and or n/a engines. I have to settle for the Milltek as my upgrade path for the RS6 for its looks and slight increase in tone.

No exhaust can get the growl out of a turbo muffled engine. Sad, because I am used to loud exhausts, and I am afraid the RS6 will never get to the point I want. My Noble has straight pipes very short from turbos, and it is loud, but not enough soul in the "bark." Can't beat N/A.. Stage 3 exhaust on my M6 was the best!

My NSX is turbo and if I was on it next to a pack of Harleys with straight pipes you wouldn't hear them....lol. Same goes for all the built Supras and Evos around here.....louddddddd

I'm sorry, but the Milltek exhaust (that car included) sounds timid compared to the Eisenmann exhaust coupled with catless downpipes.....

I must say that after listening to those two catless Milltek systems...I may order those downpipes to go with the catback. That sound is out of this planet

I'm telling you Dave it sounds amazing. There are louder systems, but this is just perfect for our high powered Luxury Cruisers. . At Idle it sings a nice low Authoritative Rumble. Stand on it mildly, it really starts to starts to sound sweet. WOT it Screams. I really believe Milltek went to work on designing this system. IMO anything louder could be annoying. Remember these are 4 door family sedans...................

I hear ya. Hearing the blip of the throttle in the above vid has just about sealed the deal. That Avus/Avant above at 1:40 is enough to make me cry like a little baby. Its perfect.

Before you go ordering downpipes if you're patient I have something in the works that would save you some loot.....just sayin
