By 2012 all track based road tyres will be banned in the UK. This means the likes of Michelin's CUP rubber fitted as stock on the GT3 will have to be offered with something else which will effect it's cornering and braking ability.

It seems it will happen across the EU.
I am sure the tire manufacturers will come up with a solution.

Whoa...that sucks BIG time for all of you guys, I really hope that you can still purchase them through some legal gap.
