The movie won't load. But is it one of those where they drive the speed limit across all the lanes of a motorway? What they are doing is actually more illegal than speeding. They are breaking the mother law of all traffic laws. They are driving on the wrong side of the road.
Traffic laws require you to drive on one side, right or left, depending on the country. That doesn't change on highways. Only under certain conditions, such as over taking, are you allowed to drive on the left side of the road. Highways may be split by medians, and have multiple lanes, but the law doesn't make an exception. If you're not performing a manouvre, it's illegal to be in any lane other than the far right lane.
They haven't exposed the flaws of speeding laws. They have exposed their lack of research and/or understanding of the traffic code.
