I believe that is actually a SPEED WORLD challange race.

That's an old race from years ago. No idea who the winner was but most likely it was either the RS4 driven by Michael Galati or Randy Pobst managed by Champion Motorsports team.
The S4 was later replaced by the RS6, then the R8 and now Champion manages the two R10s in the ALMS with Audi Sports.
