The Volkswagen LT45 was used by Audi Sport Team to carry tools and parts during the rallyes in the Group B Era. This big truck was also carrying on the roof the tires and race gazoline. Mechanics could also prepare warm coffee and do some cooking. With the help of people who worked there, I was able to do those few shots in Ingolstadt. the VW LT45 is exactly like it was in the 80's. Nothing has been changed, nothing has been modified.

Wonderful!!!I like very much your pictures and the cars!Congratulations!I would like to have a similar car in my garage!I know someone here in Greece who has an original S1 in his garage and envy him!!!!!

Thanks very nice pics , makes you think about how the races have changed over not so many time , the other day I buyed the DVD "Grand Prix" recently launched here and when watching it , the sensation was almost the same . :race:

BTW the one with the umbrella is you ?
